What are the delivery charges for orders from Bouvista?

The delivery charges are included with every purchase, meaning the shipping costs are free.

Which payment methods are accepted in Bouvista?

We accept payments with Stripe and Stripe’s optional payment methods (Google Pay and Apple Pay, or with Credit/Debit Cards) 

How long will delivery take?

We ship our orders within 3 to 5 buisness days. 

However be aware that depending on your item(s) and if/or multiple item(s) are purchased from different partners/suppliers, the time may vary. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy

How secure is shopping in Bouvista? Is my data protected?

Yes, shopping in Bouvista is as safe as any other eCommerce Store.
All browser data is protected by encryption via a SSL Certification. 

Your data is protected in accordance with the GDPR Certification by Complianz. For more details concerning your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When your order is confirmed with us, we send it to our supplier for processing. You will receive an email that your order is being processed. We then prepare the order for shipment.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You can request an invoice for your order in the checkout page’s order notes (at the bottom of the page).

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been picked and packed for shipment.

  1. Go to Orders in your account page
  2. Click the ‘Cancel Request’ button under the ‘Actions’ column. 
  3. Provide a reason as to why you would want to cancel your order

Remember that after canceling you can reopen your canceled order, by clicking on the ‘Repeat Order’ button under the ‘Actions’ column.

Why didn’t I receive my order yet?

Due to the current Covid-19 situation you may experience delivery delays, sorry! You can in the meantime track your order here with the tracking link you received in your mail.

Can I replace the order that I received?

After you have received your order it is not possible to replace it. However you can change your order so long as the purchase has not been packed and shipped. You can do that by cancelling your order from your account.

Can I return the order?

If you for any reason want to return your order, we will accept it under two conditions:

  1. you provide a reason for why you wish to return your order,
  2. You provide an attached image of the order/product you wish to return

Is there a COD option available?

Cash-On-Delivery is not possible because our suppliers are many and spread across the globe.
